Common Issues
- Cannot send email — Verify your SMTP settings, check that port 465 or 587 is not blocked by your network.
- Cannot receive email — Confirm your MX records are correctly pointing to Pro Cloudify's mail servers.
- Emails going to spam — Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly configured for your domain.
- Mailbox full — Increase your mailbox quota or archive older emails.
